1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Key Ignition

so i've had the car for a month or so , and most of the time its been in the drive way. about a week ago I went to turn the car on to ensure that it was working properly, and notice that the key would fit in the ignition, and is able to come out... but does not turn...


what do i do??
