Computer problem

i have a bad miss. when my car is idling the rpm will go up and down and when i am going down the road if i let off of the gas and lower my rpm my car will get a bad miss. i have replaced the plugs, wires, ignition module, mass air flow sensor. now i am being told that it is the Computer. How do i find out where the computer is located so i can get numbers off of it.
