My engine is not starting, when I turn they key I get no response. Head lights go on but nothing else works.

Hi:
What I need you to do is check if there is power going to the starter when the key is in the start position. Have a helper turn the key to the start position, and check the smaller wire on the starter to see if it is getting 12 volts.
Also, when you say nothing but the lights work, do you mean no dash lights, radio. Heater, horn.

Thank you, I found that my power wire was touching the manifold and completely burned causing almost everything to go out. I got that fixed and if I need anything I'll give you guys a shout.

I'm glad you got it fixed. You're lucky it didn't start a fire if it was the power supply.
