I JUST BROUGHT THIS CAR HAVE REPLACED ALL SPARK PLUGS/WIRES AND REPLACED THE CARBERATOR BUT IT DOESN'T START ALL THE TIME SEEMS TO BE THE COLD WEATHER AFFECTS IT AND WHEN YOU TRY TO START AFTER A FEE TRIES THE BATTERY GOES DEAD

Sounds like the electronic choke isnt working, I would also have my batery and alternator checked, battery first of course ( might be bead, only can try to start a few times before it goes bad )
