Dear Repair Guys,
My car wasn't driven for about a year and then I got a jump and it started though it was hard to turn the steerinf wheel. I don't know how to fix the problem. I was going to ask this guy at the Jehoveh witness Hall about helping me fix the problem though he's not been around. I really want to get driving again.
Can you please tell me what I should do to fix the problem.

Sincerely,

James Frazier
