1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic n/a miles

i took my car to deq and my hc was high and my co my hc was 2463 and my co 4.0424 didnt smoke and wasnt loud i need some info

If both HC and CO are high, the vehicle may have a bad catalytic converter or an air pump problem.
