1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass brakes are locked up.

Brakes problem
1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass V8 Automatic

i would like to know,what could have cause this during the last brake replacement. the front are disc and the rears are shoes. keep in mind im not the orignal person that replaced them. trying to fix someone elses mess. thank you

are the parts rusted and old? if so, that will do it. the return springs could be bad, all the hardware will mostlikely need replacement. get some fresh hardware on there , you should be good
