my 70 cutlass sat out at curbside for about 4 weeks, when I started it to go to work it had no brakes. Today I pulled the rt side tire off to start bleeding the brakes and there was grease and I think some brake fluid on the inside of the rim and on the wheel hub. my ? is how do I check or change the bearings and where do I look for a brake fluid leak. The wheel cylinders were changed within the last 6 months

If you see brake fluid anywhere within the wheels its leaking and won't hold pressure-could be wheel cylinders/brake hose/caliper piston seal.
