1995 Oldsmobile Ciera cutting out

My car keeps cutting out when I drive and give it gas. I didnt have this problem unitl I changed my spark plugs and wires. I know I replaced them in order. I did one at a time. One spark plug acted like it didnt want to go in. Would this causes stalling while driving? Or what else could it be?

Has the check engine light come on? As far as the plug wires, is there a dead miss when the engine is running?
