It stalls out when its warm and even if it is cold you can be driving down the road at like 60 foot on the gas and it will start to jerk and like want to spit and sputter but if yo press a little more on the gas it will like jerk and tak off

Hi, how long since a tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. You may need to take the throttle-body off and clean it. Check throttle-body sensors.
