unable to remove bolts on wheel what can i do

what problem are you having with the bolts? stripped, not enough access?

pully turns as you try to remove bolts ,do not move , also by the way its a 94 not a 92

need to keep the drive belt on and tightened so you can loosen the bolts. then remove belt and finish removing the bolts.
