1992 Oldsmobile Ciera engine problem

The engine turns over fast but does not start.This is a problem that sounds like a broken timing belt but i am not sure. It doesn't have a removable distributor/rotor button.It is a coilless system.

Have you checked to see if the engine is getting spark and fuel? Also, does it sounds the same as always while cranking the engine with the starter?
