I'm Trying To Use My cigarette Lighter To Charge my Phone, But I Don't Seem to have Any Power To The lighter Housing. According to The Fuse Box, The Lighter,Horn & Ctsy Lights Are On The same Fuse. Is There Any way To resolve This Problem. You're Help Will be greatly Appreciated.

For a cutlass ciera check fuse no.20 this one is for the seatbelts/cig
