The car just seems to run cold all the time, especially if i am actually driving. if i am sitting idling it will warm up. what could be causing that, possible thermostat

Could be if its sticking, replace it and see what happens

Are you talking about engine heat or heat from the heater

Recheck the thermostat and heater core if its clogged-up and also the temperature gauge sending unit

how do you unclog the heater core. just run a flush through it
