Engine Performance problem
1989 Oldsmobile Ciera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1989 olds with a 2.8 engine. First the fuel pump went out so i replaced that, then a fuel injector went bad and i replace that also replaced the plugs and wires. The car still runs rough bad idle, stalling, fuel smell, and surges as you drive down the road like it gets a miss cuts off and picks back up any help please.

Clean out the idle air control valve and check and test the throttle position and manifold absolute pressure sensors.
