1989 Oldsmobile Ciera heater doesnt blow hot air

My heater doesnt blow hot air even after it has been on for a while, what is causing this?

If the weather is extremely cold, it could be several things. Does the vehicle reach normal operating, ok?

With the vehicle warmed up and idling, heater turned on, can you feel of the heater hoses under the hood, are they hot?

I guess the blower motor works ok?
