2001 Oldsmobile Bravada Fuel Pump

I am not getting juice to the fuel pump. It will come on one time then go off. When I use a test light, turn the key on, it will show a light then go off before I turn the key off. It then won't come back on for a few minutes. After a while, if I turn the key on again, it will light the test light but won't maintain it.
