When accelerating there is a slight power loss that goes with a vibration sound from the front end. Do not get the sound when reving the engine in park. No problem when cruising at speed just when accelerating. I took a cursory look at the exhaust system but haven't been able to see any problem. Looks pretty solid.

I would try changing the fluid in the transfer case. Bravadas are known to have this problem. You can buy a special fluid called autotrack II this should take care of it in a matter of 20 mins or so. Just make sure you take it out and drive it
