Engine Performance problem
1998 Oldsmobile Bravada Engine Size unknown All Wheel Drive Automatic 120,00 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I just had my spark plugs, distributor cap, and wires all replaced on my 1998 Bravada, and now I'm having two problems with it.
1) When I'm stopped (but in drive) the RPM's will occasionally dip down below 1000 and my entire car will shake like it's going to stall. It probably does it about once every 10 seconds.
2) When I'm accelerating over 50 miles an hour, it sometimes feels as though I lose power, then it will get a surge, then it will lose power again. The best way I can describe it is that it seems like there are air bubbles in the gas line or something.
I had neither of these problems before I took it in to be repaired, and my fuel line was replaced last year.
Please help!!!

sounds like they knocked a vacuum line off somewhere or they forgot to connect something back up. I would take it back to them right away. or they have a wire crossed.
