1998 Oldsmobile Bravada All Wheel Drive Automatic

where is the fuel regulator located ? Is it in the fuel tank or is it somewhere else? my truck is starting hard. I had a new fuel pump put in last yr and it has started hard since but is getting worse. any ideas?

The regulator is under the upper intake manifold and the manifold has to be removed to access.
