About two months ago I had new struts installed, since that time after starting the vehicle and driving for about 5 or 10 minutes a essage apears check stabilization system. Does something need to be reset?

Sounds like that vehicle has an active suspension. If the incorrect struts (non-active) were installed the computer cant control them and it will light the warning. Have the suspension scanned for the codes, this should reveal what the issue is
