2001 Oldsmobile Aurora stiff steering in idle but ok when d

I just had my oil line on the power stering replaced and now when i put it in drive it is very stiff but when driving it is ok only to be stiff again when I slow down to stop and turn very stiff from a full stop and eases once i gain normal speed. I did not have any problem prior to replacing the oil line to the power steering

It sounds like they may not have fully bled the system. Have you spoken to them regarding this problem?
