2001 Oldsmobile Aurora keeping getting code p-410

I've put a new secondary air injection pump on it. I just found that one of the 2 air control valves is stuck open wont hold vacuume trying to find one, are parts stores dont careto keep things like that in stock. the local olds dealler said he has never heard of a air control value. could the acv.have anthing to do with that valve. also just got a code P-412 I also just found out that one of the kids lost the fuel cap. so i just put one on. could these problems be giving me these codes or am I not following the reset properly thank you for your time HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME

P0412 Pulsed secondary air injection solenoid circuit

Could be a problem with the secondary air injection solenoid control valve and also the air pump itself
