2001 Oldsmobile Aurora brake light on

I have replace all 4 rotors and pads topped off brake fluid. When I start the car the brake light doesnt come on untill I push the brake pedal then the light stays on car stops fine. checked brake light bulbs 3 where out replaced them still brake light comes on after pushing brake pedal. ABS light is on also

Have the computer scanned for codes. If the abs light is on, there should be a code.
