There are two air control valves. The have different prices at the dealer yet when I removed them they both were identical. Is there a difference or does it matter which one I put back in each place. One has a broken piece in it. (The heat valve plate that opens when it is warm it is stuck open) I will replace it but I need to know if they are the same or not. I am not sure how to identify which one goes where when I put them back on.
Thank you,
Ray Elder

They are identical as far as how they operated. But their mounting brackets are different and where the lines and wires hook up are in different directions.

So you'll know which one goes where because they'll only fit in one place.
