When I lock the car the parking lights stay on? If they go out, they will come back on again at any time and stay on.

That is most likely going to be either the Lamp Control Module (behind left side of dash) or the Perimeter Lighting Control (under rear pacage shelf) Does the car have an aftermarket alarm? IF so try unhooking it from the cars lights as it may be causing the computer problems. Does it do this if you lock it with the key and with the remote?
