Hi, A/C is blowing warm air on the driver side. At the same time passenger side cooling perfect.
Same problem with the heater. Driver gets cold air and passenger hot, as required.

DTC 1340: AIR MIX DOOR 1 FEEDBACK OUT OF RANGE, DTC 1341: AIR MIX DOOR 2 FEEDBACK OUT OF RANGE, DTC 1349: DEFROSTER/HEATER DOOR FEEDBACK OUT OF RANGE, DTC 1350: A/C DOOR FEEDBACK OUT OF RANGE OR DTC 1351: AIR INLET DOOR FEEDBACK OUT OF RANGE 1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Connect scan tool and select outputs. Energize suspect actuator. See DOOR TRAVEL table. If suspect door is being commanded to proper high and
values, go to next step. If suspect door is not close to commanded (COM) values in table, go to step 3. 2. Compare actual (ACT) high and low values in table with values on scan tool. If suspect door travel outputs are in specified values, go to next step. If suspect door travel outputs are not within specified vales, go to step 4. 3. Replace A/C-heater programmer assembly. 4. Disconnect suspect actuator connector. Use a DVOM to check for 5 volts between ground and suspect actuator connector terminal No. 10 (Gray wire). Check for open or short to ground in Gray/Black wire after suspect actuator connector terminal No. 10. Check suspect actuator "sense" circuit for open. If any actuator circuits are suspect, go to next step. If no circuits are suspect, go to step 6. 5. Repair suspect circuit. If okay, replace A/C-heater programmer. 6. Check suspect actuator for proper alignment and check for binding linkage or broken shaft bushing. If any of these conditions exist, go to step 8. If none of these conditions exist, go to next step. 7. Replace suspect actuator. 8. Repair conditions limiting travel of actuator/door assembly. DOOR TRAVEL

You will need the right scantool to diagnose the door, short of testing the wires with a volt/ohm meter. And removing the actuator and seeing if the shaft is frozen on the blend door.
