1997 Oldsmobile Aurora V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I can not unlock the passenger side of my car door. It will not unlock with key or remote. What could be wrong and how do I fix it? All of the other doors unlock.

Remove the inner door panel. Either the linkage has come disconnected or has broken. (can you hear the actuator for the power lock working?)
