Electrical problem
1997 Oldsmobile Aurora V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Installed used column and will not start. all electronics come on but will not turn over.

Are you sure the ignition switch is properly adjusted and installed? Maybe the switch is bad. Try your old one if you still have it. Other than that, it could be a neutral safety switch, but chances are it isn't unless you had a problem with it before.
