As the subject states, I have to turn off the passenger-side AC since it will only blow hot. A shop near where I live says that the tube/hose or something that delivers the AC needs to be put back on but the job needs to be done by someone who will take the dash apart and get to the issue.

Is that the case, how big of a job is it (estimated hours) and who can do it in my area. I live in Nothern NJ.

Thanks!

It sounds like the blend air door. If you have dual climate control, there are seperate blend doors, one for each side.

As far as labor, check that first. It sounds like the one is stuck. Also, figure a couple hours to find and repare it.
