I seem to be leaking coolant but not on the ground...could it be leaking into the oil? and what problems can that cause?

If you don't see the leak, check the engine oil. If it is, it will have a slimmy light brown / white look to it. Also, check the exhaust for white smoke. That would indicate the coolant is making its way into the combustion chamber.
