We think the smell of gas in the car may be because of a problem with the EVAP canister. We do not appear to be leaking gas anywhere so this was the first thing we were going to check. But where is the canister located. We cannot find it.

It should be on the passanger side front under the hood. As far as the fuel smell, make sure none of the injectors are leaking.
