1995 Oldsmobile Aurora Two Wheel Drive

THE CATCH THAT YOU SNAP THE BELT INTO THE SPRING TO RELEASE IS BROKEN. HOW DO I GET TO THE BOLT TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE STRAP. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CLEARANCE FOR A WRENCH FROM THE BACK OF THE SEAT? IT APPEARS THE SEAT HAS TO BE REMOVED. HOW DO YOU REMOVE THE SEAT?

The seat is held in by 4 bolts. There are two in the front and 2 in the rear. I can't remember exactly, but I believe they are 15mm.
