low oil pressure light coming on when car comes to complete stop. Had an earlier incident where metal and wiring on amplifier in trunk touched metal of car and burned out amplifier. Could this have caused tthe low oil pressure light to start coming on in a faulty manner?

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to verify if its the oil pressure switch, oil pump or engine bearings-
