1995 Oldsmobile Aurora V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 180xxx miles

How do I replace my side view mirror on my 1995 Olds Aurora.. Do i have to take the door paneling off?? The rear bolt was loose so I have the mirror off but I am wondering how to get at the clip for the electric..
