I had my 95 aurora checked and the mechanic told me I had to replace my fuel pump. He then said that I shodl replace ethe tank because of rust around the ring that connects it to the fuel pump. My question is do I need to replace the tank if the ring that connects the fuel pump is rusted and if not can the fuel pump be repalced with through the back access panel. Also can you recommend a fuel pump.

thnx

You don't need to replace the pump because there is some rust on the ring. As far as replacement, if you are one of the lucky ones that has an access hole, yes.
