1995 Oldsmobile Aurora bogging out

the car loose power when press on gas, feels like it is clogged up and i get white smoke from my cadilac caonverter. does burn alot of oil and it seems like the converter is clogged up so the engine is not releasing form the exshust. is there an easy fix or what would be the most common problem.

mostlikely there is a clogged cat. but the white smoke may indicate something else. blown head gasket
