MY CK ENGINE LITE WAS ON I WENT AND HAD IT TESTED AND THE CODE CAME UP EGR, SO I REPLACED THE EGR VALVE, CLEARED THE LIGHT.IT STAYS OFF FOR ABOUT A DAY THEN COMES BACK ON THE DIAGNOSTIC TESTER IS STILL COMING UP EGR. ANY IDEA WHAT ELSE IT COULD BE?

carbon build up in the EGR passageway usually causes this code to appear
