I replaced the brake pad, rotors,and calipers.I bleed the brakes and got no bubbles.I know the system was open when i changed the calipers.Now when the car is on I get almost no brakes,very spongy.I have read online about a scan tool to open the abs valves?Any help is appreciated

Normally caliper replacement does not require ABS bleeding. If air has gotten into ABS then scan tool will be needed.
