Computer problem
2004 Oldsmobile Alero 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

After the "Service engine soon" light came on I ran a computer diagnostic test and the code that came up is 02S Heater CKT Malfunction 1/2, Bank one sensor two. My question is : Where do I find this sensor?

Hello

You have two sensors.....The book doesn't specifically state other than they are both on bank one, Sensor 1 is the first pic located on the exhaust manifold. Sensor 2 is after the converter. Logically I would think that since they both are on bank one, that sensor 2 would be the second one.

I hate to say there is not guarantee but you may be able to call the dealer, parts department and ask them. Their system may show that better.
