I am trying to repair the vinyl cover on the passenger aribag and need to loosen the cover. I have removed the glovebox and two screws which appear to hold the airbag assembly to a steel frame. I see no apparent way to loosen the airbag cover/door. Any suggestions?

Yes, there will be four bolts holding it in. which will be accessible from under the dash. Use a long 1/4 inch extension and a 10 mm socket. Also I don't know if you can replace the cover because it is made into the airbag. Please let me know how it goes.
