Can a stuck caliper cause the ABS traction control light to go on?

The only way it would if it was stuck so that the wheel was skidding while you were driving.

Do you hear and humming noise while driving that changes pitch on slight right or left turns?

This is problem related to a speed sensor or speed sensor circuit.
