2002 Oldsmobile Alero Automatic 155000 miles

Ok, when I start my car it shakes really bad actually it feels like it is moving back and forth and makes a terrible sound the whole time , the shaking only occurs when it is in park or when I am stopping and stopped and at the end of my trip it seemed like it was having trouble picking up and maintaining speed. HELP please. I am sorry I would make a donation but I am beyond flat broke right now and have no money to put on my debit card, but I do appreciate your response.

WHen was the last tune up? Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked to make sure the fuel pressure is good? Finally, have you checked the catalytic converter to make sure it isn't plugged?
