Plugs, wires, all filters (including transmission) And all though it isn't absolutely necessary to change you O2 sensors until there's a fault, after 50-75 thousand miles, they begin to show their age (Their response times slow down). And this will hurt your fuel economy. It's totally up to you.
Inspect all of your belts/hoses/coolant. If any are looking bad, replace those.
Also, inspect your rubber suspension bushings, brakes/rotors, tires (Maybe have them rotated). This is preventive maintenance that should be performed at regular intervals. It's usually best to do it every time you perform a tune-up, since it's easier to remember at this time.
