When starting idle revs up 2500 rpm and comes down to 1500 in about 30 to 40 sec. When warms drops to 1000 rpm. Idle control sensor was replaced but did not help.

I think your throttle body is dirty and possibly sticking, a good cleaning should clear you up. I'll show you here how to do a throttlebody tune up
