The car is running out of brake fluid fast and the brakes become hard and you have to stop to get the car to stop. Tryed refilling fluid and it does good for a couple of weeks. What should i do and how much does this type of thing cost?

You need to find the leak wheel cylinder, caliper or master cylinder. Until problem is located can't say what it will cost.
