105,400 my 2001 oldsmobile alero has a loud whistling noise when i excelerate.I changed the surpentine belt and the tensioner but the noise is still there.I took the surpentine belt off and idled the engine and the noise was still there.I changed the flange Gasket on the pipe to manifold and there is no change.I took the car to the dealer and there diagnosis was the EGR pipe,i change that and still there is whistling.I took off the idle air control and idled the engine and no change.when i took off the exhaust and idled the engine the whistling stop.I put back together and its whistling.can anyone help.

Not familiar with the type of air injection system you have -could a be a pump or pulse air-you need to bring it back to the dealer
