i have a 2000 alero 3400 its overheating filled the overflow and drove it down the road and started to overheat i could smell ani-freeze parked it and the overflow was empty and nothing on the ground i beleive its the head gasket..

Hi there,

You can get a head check done, thi sis a quick and simple chemical test to check for exhaust gasses in the cooling system, if positive you will have a gasket problem.
