My passenger side seat won't lock into place, so the seat is always laying forward and moving along the track. I was wondering where the locking mechanism was located and what I could do to fix that problem. Thanks.

The mechanism is probably seized up. The are a couple dogs that have a cable betwwen them. They are contolled by the lever in the front of the seat. You need to get in there and see where it is sticking, lubricate it and work it so it operates.
