Transmission problem
2000 Oldsmobile Alero 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
After replacing all trans mounts, there is still an excessive clunk when engaging drive from the park position. It also happens when shifting gears. The hydrolic motor mount seems to be ok. I guess this trans does not have a dip stick and i havent been able to lift the vehicle to check the trans fluid yet. Not sure what else to do. Is it possible for the internals of the trans to cause this problem? Please help!!!!!!
